Fushun Special Steel Co., Ltd. Fushun Special Steel possess solid technical foundation and advanced special melting equipment, including many imported equipment such as vacuum induction melting furnace(VIM), vacuum arc remelting furnace (VAR) and inert gas protective electroslag remelting furnace (IG-ESR), as well as forging,rolling, precision rolling, cold drawing, sheet and plate production line covering a wide range of dimensions, and a complete set of finishing, heat treatment and testing facilities, and it takes on tasks for research and development of special steel new materials all year round. Fushun Special Steel always adheres to the development concept that "To make special steel more special", and after many years of development, it takes “superalloy,ultra-high strength steel, top-grade tool and die steel and special stainless steel” as its core products, and is experienced in manufacturing more than 5400 grades of special steels including superalloy, ultra-high strength steel,stainless steel, tool and die steel, titanium alloy, alloy structural steel,high-speed steel. It has an annual production capacity of 950,000 tons of crude steel and 770,000 tons of steel product. The products are widely applied in the field of aviation, aerospace, weapons, nuclear power, petroleum and petrochemical, transportation, engineering machinery and medical, covering more than 30 countries and regions in six continents.
Fushun Special Steel has already passed ISO9001 system attestation,AS9100 system attestation, IATF16949 system attestation, ISO14001 environment management system attestation, ISO10012 measurement management system attestation, ISO45001 occupational health and safety system attestation and Nadcap heat treatment attestation. Up to the end of 2021, Fushun Special Steel has obtained 56 patents for invention, 11 patents for utility models and over 300 national, provincial and ministerial awards.
